Handing over ceremony of first dialysis machines assembled in Bangladesh

Kidney dialysis machines are being assembled and refurbished at the SBF Research and Development Center at Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City, Kaliakair, Gazipur. These dialysis machines are already in use by Sonar Bangla Foundation in its 16 dialysis centers. However, this is the first time that dialysis machines has been handed over by the Sonar Bangla Foundation to Dr. Milon Parishad for use at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital.

The event was held on December 05, 2020 at Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City, Kaliakair, Gazipur. Hosne Ara Begum, ndc, Managing Director (Secretary) of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority graced the event as the Chief Guest. Former Additional Secretary, Country Director and COO of Sonar Bangla Foundation-Bangladesh Mohammad Wahid Hossain presided over the ceremony. Honorable President of Sonar Bangla Foundation Mr. Abu Hena M. Kamal was present as a special guest from America. Former Additional Secretary (retd), Treasurer of Dr. Milon Parishad Mr. Ekram Ahmed, Global Brand Ambassador of SBF Mr. S.I. Tutul, Member Secretary of SBF-B Mr. Sajjad Rashed and other employees of Sonar Bangla Foundation-Bangladesh and Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority were present at the ceremony.
