World Kidney Day 2019

Sonar Bangla Foundation USA, observed the World Kidney Day 2019 with rally and seminars in the 15 districts across the Bangladesh. This year the theme of the World Kidney Day was 'Kidney Health for Everyone Everywhere'.

To mark the day Sonar Bangla Foundation, brought out colorful rally with students and doctors and hold seminars on kidney diseases screening and prevention in all 15 dialysis centers across the country.

In Bangladesh, millions of people are suffering from kidney disease from various causes. The only treatment for end stage renal disease is either kidney transplantation or dialysis. Since, kidney dialysis is very costly, not everyone can afford it. SBF provides affordable dialysis to the needy patients and it is the largest dialysis provider in Bangladesh.
